Sr. Management is so poor that you approach with facts & figures but they will not support you until your immediate supervisor is not ok. If you push more; your e-mail either be marked as spam or blocked. If you get adamant; you will face an allegation which will be enough to destroy you mentally & professionally. Such points where in employees has done the self harm. Things owned by Management people look good from far but when you get internal; reality is very scary.
