This company does not have anything to like. This company having full of cons and dislikes only. Dear Techies just go to the dislikes section to get to know everything about this company.

Dislikes

1st of all it is not a software company its just a time & career wasting company. No work culture no working atmosphere. Employee satisfaction not here even there is no client satisfaction in this company. The reason behind it is it's software department in MBP Mahape location. In MBP Software development team has no even technical knowledge and skills of all the team is totally a BIG Zero. They only knows to do the politics & only keep busy in downgrading & disgrace others to get praise & upgrade in front of CEO and others Board Members. And the Big Reason to make this company a wastage company is it's Project Manager Niraj Dhiman who is a Big 0 in terms of technical skills as well as in terms of a Project Manager Role. He thinks that he is the only man in the Writer who runs the company & act as a Dictator and always runs his dictatorship in the company because he has the personal contacts with the CEO of Writer Satyamohan Sir. He is not a person to trust in the company. And when the team works he never praise the team he knows to eats the credit of others work. He has the 3rd class mentality for doing all and as much as the bad things he can do to any of the employee. Never does the good to others. He like only thode employees who knows only to do the flattering and disgracing and downgrading others like him. And that's the reason his team only having those who has no technical knowledge and technology experiences and that's why they are still here from 10 11 years because they they have no value even freshers of other companies are having much better skills and knowledge and level than this Niraj's Team. Guys in MBP Mahape Location in Software development team, some members even have not completed their Graduation still they are giving their Back Papers and they are working here from 10 years. Some members even having no experience of Dot Net and he is working here from 12 years. The reason is they are just like Niraj Mentality only. They are also believe in downgrading and disgracing the others as the way Niraj does. They only knows copy and paste the code of others because they have no knowledge And skills experiences. Also this company counts the bonus in CTC and never gives the bonus to employees which they deserve because of Niraj's 3rd class mentality. Overall company is not for joining because this company only watstes the employee nothing else. So I never recommend this company to anyone who is looking for good opportunities for joining. There are so many good and best companies in the market to join and upgrade the skills and level in the corporate market. This company has no level. Overall writer business group is very good to work, however SBU ATM MSP is being managed very poorly and unofficial dictatorship. With no group policy are being followed and Head people's are not competent enough to manage the overall business as well as existing operation. No work life balance, management usually remember to work on holidays and weekends rather than weekdays. Head of the Operation were not involved in operations , no value addition no business acumen. Overall dectatorship and no employee friendly. No value addition were done for employees to achieve there future goals, as well as HR were biased in nature, and helped management while illegal terminations of senior employees who were associated for 7+years....Read More
