Senior Executive - Enquiry Desk (Immediate Joiner)

Role & responsibilities

Customer Interaction:

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and Company software promptly and professionally.
• Provide detailed information about the requisite information.

Lead Management:

• Record and maintain accurate details of all enquiries in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads to convert them into potential clients.

Issue Resolution:

• Handle customer concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve client issues related to bookings, logistics, or payments.

Coordination:

• Schedule appointments for surveys, meetings, or consultations.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.

Administrative Support:

• Maintain updated documentation and brochures for customer reference.
• Generate enquiry reports and share them with the management regularly.
