Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Cloud, AI, Data Analytic, Cyber Security, DMS/ERP, and Managed Services solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and handling enterprise customers in Manufacturing, BFSI, Pharma, Retail vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Cloud, AI, Data Analytics, Cyber Security, DMS/ERP, and Managed Services solutions.
2. Handling end to end sales journey with atleast 1Cr/customer revenue annually.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to identify new sales opportunities and drive business growth.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and delivery, to develop and execute sales enablement programs.
5. Analyze sales performance metrics and develop strategies to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and drive business growth.
7. Should have atleast 2 certification in the area of software/solution of IT domain.
Requirements:
1. 10+ years of sales experience in Cloud, AI, Data Analytics, Cyber Security, DMS/ERP, and Managed Services solutions.
2. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing 30 top customers in specific territory.
3. Strong understanding of Cloud, AI, Data Analytics, Cyber Security, DMS/ERP, and Managed Services solutions and their application in various industries.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong OEM connects like MS, Google, AWS, Palo Alto, Morphisec, SAP, Oracle, Netscope etc.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
1. Experience working with CRM (SFDC) systems.
2. Knowledge of sales enablement tools and techniques.
3. Certification in sales or a related field, such as CSP or CSE.
4. Experience with managed services, including IT service management, cloud services, and cybersecurity services.
