Process Trainer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Process Trainer to enhance our team's skills and performance. If you have a passion for training and development, this role is for you!

Location:

Bandra, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Identify and assess training needs within the organization

✔ Conduct engaging training sessions on processes, products, and systems

✔ Train employees on computer applications, policies, and communication skills

✔ Design training modules for new hires and existing employees

✔ Implement refresher programs, TNA, BQ, and PIP strategies

✔ Maintain accurate training records and evaluate training effectiveness

What We're Looking For:

✅ 1-2 years of training experience (BPO - Voice Process preferred)

✅ Strong understanding of BQ, TNA, Refreshers, and PIP

✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills

✅ Ability to analyze training gaps and enhance employee performance
