Senior Manager, Online SALES & Performance Marketing

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.

Hands-on experience with performance tracking tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM software.

Expertise in lead generation and customer acquisition strategies tailored for enterprise-level products like cloud services, digital solutions, and BPO.

Familiarity with affiliate marketing models, tools, and networks.

Understanding of industry trends in cloud solutions, document management, and BPO services.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

Understanding of Marketing strategies in Performance and Digital campaigns

Knowledge of Metrics to measure online campaigns (esp. Performance Marketing)

Has worked in the category of ECM / Information Management, cloud, BPO, Digital solutions, etc.

Proficiency in performance marketing tools and techniques.

Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.

Competence in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.

Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices

QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE

MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in online sales and performance marketing roles, preferably in technology, SaaS, or BPO sectors.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding lead generation and ROI targets.

Experience working in companies that offer cloud services, digital solutions, or enterprise IT products will be an added advantage.
