Role Overview:
The Performance Marketing Manager will develop and execute performance-driven marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, acquire new customers, and drive revenue growth in international markets. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, data analysis, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Mastermind: Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies tailored to the Indian market. Identify target audiences and optimize marketing funnels to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
• Campaign Champion: Led the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns (PPC, social media, email, etc.). Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
• Market Maven: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the Indian health and wellness landscape.
• Budget Boss: Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently across channels. Track spending and ROI to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Collaborative Catalyst: Work closely with cross-functional teams (content, design, sales) to ensure alignment and cohesion in marketing initiatives.
• Reporting Rockstar: Prepare detailed performance reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. Utilize analytics tools to derive actionable insights and inform future strategies.
• Continuous Learner: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing. Advocate for innovative approaches and experiment with new strategies to stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a demonstrable track record of success in the health and wellness industry (a plus).
• Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and social media advertising platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for health and wellness is a plus.
