Are you passionate about e-commerce and looking to significantly impact the industry? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Associate, you will be crucial in managing various aspects of our e-commerce operations, including catalog management, inventory control, pricing strategies, and fulfillment through Amazon and Flipkart.

Key Responsibilities:

• E-commerce Platform Management:
• Deep understanding of Amazon and Flipkart platforms, including Seller Central, Vendor Central, Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), and Fulfillment by Flipkart (FBF).
• Efficiently manage product catalogs, ensuring accurate data entry, pricing, and product descriptions.
• Optimize product listings for maximum visibility and search engine ranking.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and avoiding stockouts.
• Pricing Strategy:
• Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify pricing opportunities and adjust pricing accordingly.
• Fulfillment Management:
• Oversee the fulfillment process, including order management, shipping, and returns.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Manage FBA and FBM operations, optimizing costs and performance.
• Multichannel Sales:
• Expand sales channels by exploring and managing other platforms like Nykaa, Netmed, Tata 1MG, Healthkart, Blinkit, Pharmeasy, and Bigbasket.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for each platform, including catalog management, promotions, and purchase order (PO) processing.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track performance and inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, e-commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong focus on Amazon and Flipkart.
• In-depth knowledge of catalog management, inventory control, pricing, and fulfillment processes.
• Experience working with multichannel platforms and understanding of their specific requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce tools and platforms.
