GM- Digital Marketing (Performance Marketing)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead Search Marketing, Programmatic Advertising, and Social Platform Advertising.
• Utilize web analytics and digital tools to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Conceptualize and execute digital marketing initiatives from inception to completion.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery.
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand and business growth.
• Implement a robust social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage a team of 5+ professionals, including visualizers, fostering a collaborative and goal-driven environment.
• Ensure team alignment with organizational objectives and targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• MBA in Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience into real estate Digital marketing.
• Proven experience in real estate digital marketing with a successful track record managing lead generation budgets exceeding Rs. 1 Crore annually.
• Goal-oriented with a demonstrable ability to achieve and exceed targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
• Candidates from Pune location are also preferred.
