Great place to work. Amazing support from the academic management. Immense opportunity to learn and grow. Job security is not a question for performing individuals. Safe work environment. Had to leave for personal reasons. But will join later if opportunity arises. Salary and perks are good.

Dislikes

Location is little far for swiggy and zomato to deliver as I stayed in campus.

The best thing about woxsen University and the management is that, hard work and dedication is recognised quickly. The management encourages a lot, all its faculty members to do research in all aspects and getting the funds granted. They facilitate foreign exchange program, where an expert faculty can go to any foreign university with whom Woxsen has bilateral relations and they can teach to the foreign students, in their respective university. The total expenses are being taken care by the Woxsen University. The Woxsen University has got the best and outstanding Infrastructure, Asia's Biggest Bloomberg's Lab, one of the Biggest Library in South India. Woxsen University is the only university to provide and facilitate, world class kind sports facilities with FIFA certified foot ball ground and out standing all sorts of sports facilities. The residential flats are almost 4 star rated with very good hygienic food is being served at Oval ( The dining place). In India, where most of the universities offer limited food etc., but at woxsen unlimited hygienic food is being served to every one. Complete freedom of work, nice support of managers, seniors and other departments. Absolutely NO politics and transparent work culture. Highly recommended to join Woxsen.

Woxsen University is a place where we can build our profile in terms of research and we have full freedom to work in our style. If we bring good initiatives for the student and faculty welfare, management will support us. Whoever is having more hunger in building their profile and developing their skills, woxsen is a right place for them.

Work timings may be reduced to 5 pm.

Excellent work culture with continuous encouragement to peruse academic visions and aspirations. The vision may be connecting with global universities or consulting or executive education or publications in top journals or anything that a faculty can think of. World class infrastructure with serene environment is a bonus.

Academic freedom is excellent. Support in all initiatives you put forward. A vibrant work culture where you will grow with the support of the institution. Management is always taking care of your grievance.

If the summer and winter break should be provided to the faculties, it would be a great asset.
