Nothing. It's just that they give very high hopes while hiring and once hired, they don't give you proper kt and support for your work. They just expect us to do what is going on in their brains without they asking what they want.

Dislikes

Everything. No proper KT, no support, no learnings, no clarity of work to be done. Literally nothing.
