WNS is a great company to work with. The ambience around is good. There is job security. It's just amazing fun to work in WNS. I miss working with them!!
Dislikes
There are a few people in the management that don't care about their advisors and behave with them like crap. Unfortunately this leads to the employees leaving which is sad because WNS is a company that takes care of it's employees and just because of a few people in the management the name is spoilt..
Everything is bad... Only name but nothing inside. I will never recommend wns to anyone

I enjoyed working with the process as it was amazing and very easy to understand

No breaks on time even like a school child we had to take permission for washroom which seems like embarassing alot of fake promises,no time balancing of shift when we were shifted from night to day shift which was horrible for example when your night shift gets over at 1pm(midnight) you reach home by 2 and they expect us to come for morning shift which starts from 7Am like whatt!!!just 2 to 3 hours of sleep back to work amazing....Read More
