I worked in the company for 3 years. The one thing i liked is the timings, which is the best as compared to other companies. Its just 7 and half hours. So you can work somewhere else also. If a person is desperately looking for a job and is not much confident about himself currently due to rejections or any other reason. I can guarantee that WNS will definitely benefit you.

I feel the growth is nothing if you are looking for success at a faster pace. Salary and appraisal is not good. Person working in the company for 5 years and a new joiner would almost be earning the same salary.

I was bored with the same work and there was no opportunities for me to grow. I waited for almost a year but they were unable to provide me any opportunities and also hike in salary.

Only worst experience: HR saying Do Not Waste time if we want to discuss something. we cannot share or tell anything if we face any issues. HR and Manager are Chaddi-Baddi friends. The Process Centric is the worst. We can give 10 hours extra no will come and tell you a good job. But if you have 1 min deficit they will tell you We are not doing charity leave this Job.

Managers and the HR management. They never respond if we tried to reach out to them for any issue. We have to Beg for our leaves even if we informed them in prior. I have the worst experience in the PRocess called "Centrica". We were been told By Manager and the Team LEader multiple times that WNS is not doing charity so leave thejob. Who does that.
