The best part of working with WNS is they give you immense trainning so that you learn the process. The TL and the managers here are very approachable. Company culture is at its best. As there is no compulsion on wearing professional suits. Company provides Cab and point to point pick and and drop. And WNS is the best place for Job security. The CONS of being in WNS is : The Post Graduate, Graduate, 12th Pass. All are given the same salary. There are no importance given to the study. And very less yearly increment. I worked in the company for 3 years. The one thing i liked is the timings, which is the best as compared to other companies. Its just 7 and half hours. So you can work somewhere else also. If a person is desperately looking for a job and is not much confident about himself currently due to rejections or any other reason. I can guarantee that WNS will definitely benefit you.

I feel the growth is nothing if you are looking for success at a faster pace. Salary and appraisal is not good. Person working in the company for 5 years and a new joiner would almost be earning the same salary.

I was bored with the same work and there was no opportunities for me to grow. I waited for almost a year but they were unable to provide me any opportunities and also hike in salary.

Only worst experience: HR saying Do Not Waste time if we want to discuss something. we cannot share or tell anything if we face any issues. HR and Manager are Chaddi-Baddi friends. The Process Centric is the worst. We can give 10 hours extra no will come and tell you a good job. But if you have 1 min deficit they will tell you We are not doing charity leave this Job.
