The best part of working with WNS is they give you immense trainning so that you learn the process. The TL and the managers here are very approachable. Company culture is at its best. As there is no compulsion on wearing professional suits. Company provides Cab and point to point pick and and drop. And WNS is the best place for Job security. The CONS of being in WNS is : The Post Graduate, Graduate, 12th Pass. All are given the same salary. There are no importance given to the study. And very less yearly increment. Only worst experience: HR saying Do Not Waste time if we want to discuss something. we cannot share or tell anything if we face any issues. HR and Manager are Chaddi-Baddi friends. The Process Centric is the worst. We can give 10 hours extra no will come and tell you a good job. But if you have 1 min deficit they will tell you We are not doing charity leave this Job.
