I work here to last one year neem trainee after 1 year contract I am on pay role for 2 year but they never give promotion for Sr.Associate please appreciate me rest of the all things I is ok

The WNS is same like big MNC as they provide the best traning and facilities. Great place to work and you start the career from here because there are many things to learn and develop your self.

Everything is so good but when it comes to the appraisal it is not up to the mark.

The management, Vedanti More, Akram Khan and Disha Dharod, demonstrate corrupted behaviour within the process. Despite being receptive to concerns, they fail to address issues related to their own management or deliberately delay responses. Those who voice concerns against their practices face retaliation through office politics, including manipulation of work progress and KPI metrics to undermine them. Everything is good but only lytx and onfido process are worst management. They treat like school children no corporate culture only managers are like teachers and principal and analysts are students . Mainly onfido worst management.
