I really enjoying working with WNS. Managers are supportable, work culture is very good. I don't know about other process in WNS but in my process there is excellent work life balance, No hectic work, all the things are very good.

There is one HR in Pune, Maharashtra which make fun of candidates. Her name is SUFIA KHAN and she makes fake promises and tell candidates "congratulations, you are selected and please share your documents over mail" and when I share the documents she disappears for around 15 days and then I call the person who took the interview from anonymous number then he tells we have already asked the HR to hold the application. This kind of culture is not expected by the company like WNS. If you don't want to go ahead with the candidate then tell them and don't make fake promises and hopes. This is so Unprofessional Mrs. SUFIA KHAN. Please don't do this again with other candidate. The person feel so heart broken. Bet less package offered to new joiners and also to experienced employees. Even promotion is like a dry promotion where there is no increase in package but designation is increased.

Appraisals and Bonus = The company is following this practice of delaying Bonus and increments in order to retain employees. Bonus is generally delayed by 1/2 months and Increment is delayed by 5-6 months (i.e almost 2 quarters) and no one is answerable for these delays.
