Work-life balance is great as you work with your own pace. No pressure or micro-managment

WNS is a perfect blend of work life balance, interactive environment, professional established building complex, good working environment, policies are good.

Dislikes

No overtime pay, spoc information are mostly unavailable which creates communication gaps, SLA is good policy for fresher but for an experienced professional it should not be mandatory. Desktop are concerns during transportation.

Huge gap in salary. Person having less knowledge is getting more salary than me. No HR SPOC.

Even if there's no work for the day, you have to sit in front of computer. Again, thi depends from manager to manager.

Pros: 1) Work life balance was one aspect which was really good here. Cons: The company has been least supportive to employees in covid times especially who are from outside Delhi NCR (living on rented accomodation) since they cannot work from their resp. Hometown, they need to work from their rented apartment only. Management has not given any logical reason for why employees cannot work from their resp. homes.

...nd top level executives. 3) Most of the traditions are driven without logic. (E.g Employee has to pay their own share in the name of employee motivation party)
