company provide good salary hike.

apart from salary hike, this company does not provide a cup to drink water and I seriously mean it. I have just passed 2 weeks in this company and I feel like I am working in some local domestic company, The time you entered into this company you will feel like company only focus on cost cutting, smelly washroom with no basic hygiene no toilet roll, no fragnance spray, there is tea/coffee machine but no cups, you have to bring your own from home same goes for drinking water, you have to pay for the meal and even after paying you get cold rice and chapati, there is no professionalism in the management, Manager shout their associates in very rudely manner and even gave threat of firing employees, and management team is worst in this company here is one example my shift over at 3:30 Am and according to company policy all cab should be start moving at 4:00 AM but guess what we did not get the cab details even after 4:10 Am which should be given prior 2 hours before from logout shift timing as per their transport policy, which cause huge delay while leaving from the company. Think I can reach my home under 30 minutes but the cab itself take approximate 1 hour to leave the company location and if you guys are thinking that above all experience is limited to my process then you are in a big blunder my friend. I have a lot to written but this place is not enough to write. So Join this company at your own risk.

Salary comes in time, work culture is good.

Leave policy is very bad. There is no sick leave policy. Working hours are strict. Late logins are included in our incentive criteria which is unfair specially in the process I worked for. Sometimes double pay are not paid on time when we work on National holidays , we had to raise ticket for that.

Worst environment of company, management, salary not good for deserving employees, favouritism in promotion, toxic environment, work pressure, no proper training material to deliver new joiners.

...our own, leadership's behavior for my process was like a seller of fish market . Salary dispute almost every month. Toughest job is to get hold of your BAU HR, ultimately you are not satisfied. You will not be recognized for your hard & smart work. You will definitely plan to leave very soon because you will not be satisfied.

Sometime free for even whole month. Pay is worst Appraisals are worst They just increase your workload sometimes giving you a team, though you dont get that to write on CV, as thats not official.
