It is good that, there are some different type of process with opportunities for many people and salary come on time. It is a good place to start career in MNC BPO.

Dislikes

Transport facility is not so good, also some processes are with too much work pressure and don't celebrate indian festival, not even decorate own floor. No any fun activities or benefits on special occasions. Also office politics is also there.

This organisation is good for beginners, it gives you good learning opportunities and organisation policies make it an employee centric company.

It is not good in terms of money as the salary is less as compared to the market.

Zero learning(mark my words), They will pay you as less as they can, Night shifts, Health issues, Long working hours, No leaves on Festival, Think 100 times before joining, if you are student, learn new skills, don't waste your time and energy for nothing.

Honestly nothing. But if one thing I would have to name, that would be the government office like vibes where it does not matter if you work or not but you should show up every day in office and you get paid.

Dislikes

Everything which we can name of. No growth, no job satisfaction, no work life balance, no recognition, no salary. Even they don't fulfill the 45 days fnf policy. Basically they will trap you in their so called policies.

Environment is good . Infrastructure is mind blowing if you look at it from outside .All team leaders and manager are supportive if you join this organization for doing good work.

Dislikes

... would be added to your salary after completing one year for your performance. Salary growth is a big issue .
