Horrible company nothing to like here, company has a new rule now stating that existing employees cannot write anything negative about the company and funny part is that they have requested the to report any negative reviews to their PR team ! I wish I could rate them 0 stars but sadly there is no such option in ambition box

Almost everything is bad here I need a day to eloborate on the same. 1) Salary hike is very low, most part of the hike includes bonus, if you want to keep the bonus, you need to work with this company for another 1 year, you are also forced to take interviews without pay ! 2) no job security, they have very limited clients, they will fire you if they cannot place you in one of their clients, they don't have any internal project as they claim, it's a staffing company, and mind you client interview is very difficult to crack as their clients are top product companies and they charge them heavily 3) Company has few favourite employees who are close to ED's only they get promoted and these Employees treat other employees very rudely, if you complain to HR or ED no action will be taken against them, there were incidents were few women employees were sexually abused by some senior employee of this firm and no action was taken against him ! rather the women employee had to leave the firm 4) you can be removed from project any time from the client, and wissen will not care, no one in bench is getting any client interviews, so they will be fired immediately without any remorse. 5) if you put down your papers if you are on some project then you will not be relieved, rather your notice period will be extended ! No one will care after you put down your papers, there will be no response from HR or your manager 6) company is adding lots of fake positive reviews in public sites to portray a fake positive image, so don't believe these reviews, they have dedicated PR team whose 24 hours job is to remove bad reviews and post fake positive reviews, so talk to some employees or ex employees to get real picture of this fake company ! Appraisals are a joke, similar to any service based company. Single digit hike. Expected to contribute to company initiatives big time to get growth, without impacting client deliverables.

Nothing, this company is notorious and has some highly rigged/manipulative policies against its employees with respect to gratuity, PF, notice-peroid etc.

This company is torturing those employees who quit, they increase the notice period randomly as opposed to your notice period mentioned against service letter, suppose if your notice period is 2 months they force employees to serve 3 months once you put down your papers. If you are out of the client project then suddenly you can notice that the notice period is no longer applicable to you any more, they ask you to leave the very next day, they don't have any client project with them to arrange for any interviews while you are on bench. Company off late adding lots and lots of fake and positive reviews in public forum to maintain a good image, so don't fall prey for it, some times employees are asked to share the screen and submit a very good review with 5 stars. No job security, even senior resources are getting fired left, right and center once they are out of client project as Wissen is not able to provide any interviews for its bench resources. People are abused by their Wissen managers if they ask for more hike, and they compare you with other resource and make you feel ashamed for having such conversation. Conversation with regards to salary revision/correction is not encouraged by Wissen management No respect for employees, employees are continuously threatened and micro managed, there is no such thing as employee friendliness as far as Wissen management is concerned.
