Free Training and certifications in any tech stack
No projects. Many lateral staffs and freshers are on bench and getting loss of pay. Poor and no fixed appraisal cycle. No increment to majority of staffs and they don't declare it before press release. Increment cycle differs for onsite and offshore . Onsite always gets early appraisals from July or August but offshore no certainty.

If wipro is your first company, it is very difficult to get a competitive salary after 3-4 years or after that. Promotion is also very difficult to get. Even for laterals, they don’t get hikes once they hired( or it is too less)

I dislike how Wipro focuses more on billing than employee growth. Once you’re assigned to a project, it’s hard to get released. They don’t consider employees' career goals, and you’re forced to either stay or leave. It’s frustrating, but I’m still here because of work-from-home, no better offers, and avoiding risks with startups.
