Multiple points 1. I served Wipro for more than 15 years, but you can't imagine, my total CTC was JUST 13.84 L. 2. No Strict Policy. My last Appraisal took 11 years despite of having heigher rating of EC and HVC in a row for 10 years but yes my last Appraisal took place because I resigned from Wipro and then HR ensured me that my appraisal will done this time. 3. No Strict Policy for Onsite International tenured. Multiple resources are there in abroad for more than 10 years despite of 2.5 years rotational policy. I served Wipro for 15 years to get onsite but can't got it. 4. Old and seniors are ignored as my last package was 13.84 L but good for new joining as they offer much for higher package to them. 4. Intresting fact Strict COBC policy but this is only for resources like me. This is not applicable for Wipro itself....Read More

Ample opportunities, undersranding but some times troubling colleafues, challenging projects. I got opportunity to work for different projects and learn lot. One of the best org to cross/upskill employees

Higher management who are there since many years are zero skilled only favour those people who party with them Friday Saturday..full on.. if u are skilled and lacking buttering then u will get 3 rating and 1%hike 😊
