There is no job security. My manager threaten me to remove me from project and will make sure that I will not get any project in future. I was frustrated by his daily nonsense and Finally I resigned. I shared all the things with HR Monisha and she took an action and given arranged meeting where my manager accepted all his faults. She given him only verbal warning. But any which ways I loose my job. And it's been more thn 4 months now. I have not received my experience latter yet. When I contacted support staff. They said I would have to pay 43000+ amount to get my experience latter....Read More

Company culture and work life is ok but still it depends on project

Dislikes

Seperation police is not good (EX: Though the KT is done, Wipro still don't allow to take early release. Wipro will say it's a policy and you have to serve NP though you are on bench) Wipro doesn't give promotion after all the hard work. Compensation is low. Wipro doesn't support their employees if any incident happened from client side (EX: Security or any breach incident)
