Toxic management. No Job security. Appraisal and promotion policies are very poor and hardly you will get only single digit appraisal even if you get the best rating.

Pramotion and Salary increment worst.. When we ask salary increment and band pramotion to manager and project DM , PM he told complete the training post completion the mapped training... After he told take another work for band pramotion..I agreed for the same but ..after getting new update from PM and senor people we can not given band pramotion... Bad 😞😞

Being a career aspirants Wipro need to wrok giving opportunities to its deserved employees for promotion with a good appraisal. I feel wipro is very poor in this among its competitors. Wipor must work on this to get a positive impact.

I liked nothing i wipro, all my seniors left wipro and got great opportunities in other companies and even abroad, I'm stuck due to my bond and higher studies. The only good thing is that they provide udemy access for free where we can learn anything.

Dislikes

Everything is bring ruined by the management of wipro, they're failing to retain senior resources and all major projects are getting out of wipro to competitors.

Dislikes

First reason very less for payscale for freshers compared to other organizations. Very less appraisals and hikes. Casuals environment no enthusiasm at all just like government job. Employees have to pay PF for them as well for company. Less care about employee.

I worked for almost 6 years on same salary package, got 1 appraisal after 4 years, after contract completion and then again didn’t get any appraisal or salary hike for almost another 2 years, when i was serving notice period just to make me feel that they are doing efforts, they ask me to accept promotion without any salary hike. They are just giving me band progression. Those were my 5+ years wasted without any salary increment or knowledge gain. Project allocation is bad due to scarcity of projects. Moreover salary hikes and promotion is also bad there. I worked almost for 3 years there, also got awarded quite some time for my good performance, but didn't received any promotion or good salary hike in the form of compensation.

If you don't know English language still Wipro give us chance to work with them. They support us, encourage us, they provide us all material to improve our personality development. I love you Wipro who give me to chance . Now I am perfect in n English language.

There is no management in wipro. You cannot identify who is your HR. Only project specific management are there and they ruin employee life.. They didn't take you any leave and public holiday and client holidays. In every steps they interfare and ruin you work balance. No promotion no Increment.
