The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another one is my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high.

Generally speaking,my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day-to-day yield operations.As long as I get to work closely with the client, it will be a great learning

I like that there is lots of diffrent things are there to learn and devlope self skills.

Dislikes

I dont like that there is third party employee and the wipro dont give appraisal to them and project managers also said that appraisal only given to core employees not for third party employees. Then why dont you take the to on role after 1 year completion.
