Work life balance. Empathy from HR always lacks. Out my total work experience I could never get any reply from HR. Even at resignation no HR came up in front. I have to go and ask about my lwd formalities. The WIPRO which I heard when I was a kid is different from what I have seen.

Worst Management Team. Specially Team Leader they are thinking he is the owner of the company. Subhajit Dey in Elevancehealth insurance Team Leader always came late in office. Hr team is the Worst team in kolkata location.

Every IT company has their own flaws which depends on the manager under whom we work. With that being said there were lot of leads and managers who understand people provide support to their team members is great.

No work ethics, no work life balance, no proper management and even the senior leadership is not supportive. Salary revisions, how hard you work doesn’t matter if you join from a low payed organization you will never match with industrial staandards. I am working for the 4th year now as per industrial standards the wage is way more than double of what I am getting.(Though I am a critical resource for the project). There is no management in wipro. You cannot identify who is your HR. Only project specific management are there and they ruin employee life..
