Good company only for job stability and retirement but not for people who want to grow with years of experience. You get stuck in the visious cycle of low paid remuneration where appraisal is peanuts and promotions does not happen quickly everything lay arounds policies that are in benefit of the organisation. Low pay scale, correction of CTC is not corrected here, less onsite opportunities and many restrictions for upscaling skills due to policies and a bifurcation between benefits 2 domains WT and DOP where DOP employees are not treated as a WT employee when it comes to daily shift allowance and other medical benefits and band progressions.
