In work internal politics to frame some one and cornering then giving lowest rating and try them to get resign (PIP policy pattern to terminate employees by putting them in that training)HR department are so bad - they didn't value employees concerns always agree with senior position people wtever they say. 👎Very bad to people who workhard

Work culture is toxic. There no humanity in their dictionary. They will force you to work in extreme codification, even your family members died. Moreover, lead will give you negative feedback to upper management. And if you try to have word on your issue, no one will listen. Too much politics. No hike from last 2 yes. You will be forced to work for 15 hs and more. They will always promise for next year and that will never ever come true....Read More

1. No work related methodologies are followed here. Work always keep on coming from client on daily basis and we should work on it and we should release back to client. 2. Should not expect hike atleast for 3 years when you are lateral hire. Hike percentage is also around 2-3% 3. Work-life is balance is nill 4. Will never refer anyone to this firm

Nothing to be liked here, 45 days notice period if you don’t get the project then they will get Loss of pay and leave the organisation

90 days notice period mentioned in offer letter but when you are on bench then after 45 days loss of pay will start or leave the organisatin , even for relocation they give very small amout

It all depends on your Project and team mates. If you are lucky enough it is a win -win situation for you. Apart from this, Wipro have a diversified culture there are opportunities to learn and grow, given you select the right choice. Wipro campuses are great 👍🏻 greenery everywhere.

Appraisals could be much better it is just same as any other big mas recruiter companies.

People are really respectful and the work environment is very nice. Nice place to work and learn on the go to develop new skills. Subjectively speaking, everyone from team members to team lead and managers are very supportive and help you grow and do your best.

Dislikes

Engineers gets forced to find new projects by themselves, as if its their job to find one. If not under good project manager, they need to worry about getting projects or else entering 45 days loss of pay(no salary) and then job termination.
