As a basic entry level its good for getting experienced and learning more about corporate.

The only dislike I have is salary issue, Wipro is paid very less when compared to other companies who are aligned for the same job role.

Overall experience us horrifying as the process UHG is filled with unworthy n biased pople . The voice process is the worst there.

Some say that working at Wipro can be enjoyable and regarding,with opportunities for growth,learning and collaborating

Haven’t received a salary increase in years and that the company doesn’t recognise hard work. Management team lacks of expertise and execute projects work environment. Soma Dey is very poor and that they spend more time cleaning doing IT works.

I want to thanks Wipro to select me as a fresher and to gave a chance to served their company almost 2 year. However personally my experience was not much good.

Dislikes

As I was joined in UHG CS from UMR was terrible experience. Personally my Supervisor was no more helpful and informative, I had a terrible experience in her team. She needs to update her way of talking. And I believe she needs to take care of her behaviour with the employee. Management, Manager and HR needs to listen from their employees as well respectively to justify the details not for show off/ show cause. I'm not talking about Wipro company that it's not good. But I am trying to mean their working culture and environment needs to pure not cleverness in nature. Salary is not good enough in Wipro as per the market price. Good place to work but I'm working in US benefit department and there is a lot of pressure. seniors do not have much time to train you properly they always expect that if they are providing you training for the once you should be perfect in that. And I left EXL services to join Wipro but I can say Exl is always best and not satisfied as much as I was in the Exl.....

Dislikes

I don't like behaviour of some of the seniors as they are also under work pressure because.. and there is lot of backlogs and they are not providing the environment so that employees can stable in the organisation.
