Campus, they don’t give mouse, headphone, too slow system, unprofessionalism, language and manners issue, no skill development, wrong teachings, no employee engagement, salary is the worst. hR lies while joining and changes things at the last minute.

Everything related to HR is automated where there is no need for emails instead it is replaced with apps which makes easy to get things done.

Dislikes

No benefits for employees from organization end. Even broadband claims are not allowed, medical insurance is deducted from salary. No clarity on when you will get hike and what percentage. Variable pay is like nightmare where you will not understand the logic and rarely you get 100%. Overall it is clients friendly organization and not employee friendly organization.

Everything is terrible at Wipro from their manager to their senior manager too much office politics. And no stability once the project's get over they will terminate you. Especially if you are from Mumbai don't join Wipro ghansoli location ( in ghansoli there is client location from client location you'll have to work).

Management is very bias and they only promote employees those are on their favour. Worst micro management. They didn’t allow you to take breaks. And expect to work 24/7. And they put you on Bench whenever manager decides. Increments given to only favourites employees.

Politics, no growth for working peoples, need to have politics person or have to be a spy. Work culture and management is very bad. Too toxic culture. No experience certificate. Only they provide relief letter after resign, which have mentioned as only the joining and releasing date. No personal life. Zero GROWTH Everything is bad.Employee with 4 yrs experience still doing same work or project shift, but a spy or connected insider person get promoted every year with incriment. Person with other backgrounds with zero knowledge managing the medical device cases, results huge amount of wrong entry of cases. Too toxic condition. Salary is less, Work load is there, there aren't giving laptops for some processes you need to go office every day which is challenging. Favouritism is a part of this organisation's culture.

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Nothing is good - better to join other Indian mnc Wipro primarily focuses on billing rather than employee growth. Once you're allocated to a project, they rarely allow you to take a release, forcing you to work as per their requirements or leave. I dislike how Wipro focuses more on billing than employee growth. Once you’re assigned to a project, it’s hard to get released. They don’t consider employees' career goals, and you’re forced to either stay or leave. It’s frustrating, but I’m still here because of work-from-home, no better offers, and avoiding risks with startups.

Good work life balance Can study anytime I want Not much of putting efforts because of good team balance. Winter Vacations allowed Can take leave upto 2 months and WFH to any time limit is allowed.

Can't make friends implicitly, have to put explicit efforts to make friends so, sometimes, left monotonous and isolated, be it in mess or cafeteria. Over crowded Gyms and Sports arenas so, i hate crowds and rushes.
