Salary issue every month, No work life balance, Payout is bad, No appreciation for honesty and hard work, Low hike rates every year. If not able to meet target and quality at the same time will receive threats from management to throw you out of the company.

Wipro is a good company for freshers and for experience candidate you don't get much here , Here you have to work for 9.5 hours and you have to stick to the system on WebEx for more than 10 hours management is worst, TL and manner always do micro management and they will ask you for count hourly, if you didn't reached your target they will not allow you to logout, There will be no time for learning, and for leaves you need to beg them like a beggar, for starting 6 months they will not give you a single leave. Micro management, No leaves, lengthy working hours need to strech on daily basis, Target is like 2 people work , no learning, need to work like bots, you have be online 9.5 hours on WebEx app wearing headphones.
