You will not get fired easily so job security is surely there. Obviously they are not paying you enough so the work load is not that much as well.

Wipro as a brand should provide more compensation. Here in some teams, the environment is fine but mostly company politics is there. It does not depend how dedicatedly you are working, but person with referrals from seniors authority will get the hike. I don't know about other teams but I experienced I had and my friends are having,it's not right. People are missing their pay and no one is taking accountability for that....Read More

Happening work environment, good people around, maintaining good rapport with colleagues, level 2 seniors , managers. Best transport service, wonderful process undertaken. Thumbs up.

Dislikes are few as in the payroll, very low as compared to other airline process, no growth prospect.

I literlly enjoy my work, talking to stangers helping them and getting appreciated by them was all time what I needed, thats exactly what I got here, working with wipro bps. Singapore airlines ticketing and reservations is one of the easiest proces I feel
