Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Untrained managers who ruin the company culture, no option of job rotation ifor 1.5yrs so if you join in a bad role your stuck without direction, no proper training & induction, no defined roles on what exactly is expected out of you

They will tell in interview that this role is for IC and make you to agree to the band which is lower than your experience level and after goin there they will tell you to handle team citing your experience and make you to work for 20 hours a day. Work life balance. Empathy from HR always lacks. Out my total work experience I could never get any reply from HR. Even at resignation no HR came up in front. I have to go and ask about my lwd formalities. The WIPRO which I heard when I was a kid is different from what I have seen.

Overall benefits are good. Vantage points are very useful.

Dislikes

Client location (ICICI BANK) of thane is horrible and also the managers are very biased based on religion. Also no work flexibility is given to people travelling from very far nor travel allowances are given. Also the Vantage points are distributed among the favourites of managers or goes into their own pocket.

I like the working environment in Wipro .my team members give support well,and the company provides good facilities like food,cab facilities etc. Wipro offers extensive learning platforms, certifications, and chances to work on diverse projects, which help in career advancement.

Limited projects and less pool Time. Worst management and once you are out of project you are out of company. Forced to work from office for 5 days/week even when all companies allowed to work from home or hybrid work.

To be honest I worked in 4 multiple service based mnc's and every MNC is better than wipro. There is not even a single ooint which I like while working in Wipro.

1.Managament is very poor. 2. Without any proper sitting or parking space check they asked or forced to employees to come office. Now all are coming but they dont have sitiing space and parking space. 3. Unnessarily salary deductions of small amount from your salary on the sake of wipro policy. 4. Without any consent opd medical charges will deduct from your salary. 5. Full of politics.
