No work culture. They cancel your leave and organise fun activities. Celebrations like Holi, Diwali are held online through meetings which makes 0 sense. Once employee is sent to wek frm client location no tracking is done. No one is managing the employee's MSI, promotion, Work policy, C/O, No bonuses.

You have to be billable. Walking to another opportunity is not easy. You are either held up with current project and hence cannot capitalize on moving to what you like or you are forced to take another project and get stuck even though it is not what you are looking for.
