Work life balance is very good in Wipro. Company has a great cultural background and maintaining the same. Wipro gives ample opportunity to develop skill for all.

Dislikes

Sometimes Higher management is not willing listen or understand the analysis of a situation, forcing a bit to achieve which is stuck by them already. This leads to lack in work satisfaction. Leadership should know more about sustainable associates in terms of appraisal.

This is an organization where Delivery comes at the last. Everyone seems to be governing delivery - Be it Finance, HR, WMG even FMG as well. The relationships with the delivery are always inverted, where the other side of the equation governs delivery. The appraisals and the progression cycle is extremely opaque and non-dependable to say the least. The inverted relationship with delivery is the sole reason why Wipro has not been able to grow in last 10 years, and no one can change it as it seems, as multiple CEOs have played the role since last 10 years.
