Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. To be honest I worked in 4 multiple service based mnc's and every MNC is better than wipro. There is not even a single ooint which I like while working in Wipro.

1.Managament is very poor. 2. Without any proper sitting or parking space check they asked or forced to employees to come office. Now all are coming but they dont have sitiing space and parking space. 3. Unnessarily salary deductions of small amount from your salary on the sake of wipro policy. 4. Without any consent opd medical charges will deduct from your salary. 5. Full of politics.
