Advantage of working at wipro bpo is only for getting benefits of wipro employees. Like medical insurance and all.. And incentives they offer based on performance (depends on which process you are hired for)

Dislikes

I disliked the culture, all manager playing politics and doing favorism, they don't judge you on your quality but how well you behave with management. Basic salary offered is very less... Below average, 24/7 work environment but most probably you're working with in night shift. Very bad work life.
