If you stay long in this company , you will be taken as granted . No hike , no promotion pathetic HR policy . It’s been 13 year with Wipro .

Work force management and HR team were not work proactively to get new project for resources.HR work is only fire resources, when resource talk about appraisal and premotion they behave like a deaf.

Wipro is a very good service provider company where can you work up to retirement like govt. but if you compare market standard package and salary this will not up to the market compatibility.

if organization maintain salary and packages on experience, skilled and service provider company. Then this will be good to work plan up to retirements.

Taking students from college under WILP program and relieving seniors or pressurized them to leave because they have to offer scholars less salary on comparison with senior employees and they are doing this from too long time period most of the employees above band b2 faced same problem like they are released from their respective projects with excuses like tenure rotation policy or cost cutting budget issue and by releasing that senior employee they take 2 or 3 wilp scholars so there was no job security once you completed wilp program from Wipro ....Read More

As a Average learner or job seeker Wipro plays a major role in IT and development fields rest , also job security is good. Rest it depends in which project you allocate and the environment, management in the project treats you. For long term Career growth better to move out from here.

Well, wipro is one of the third class company which should not be called as an MNC. They stop your salary once you come in a free pool and don't get a project in 45 days. They give you time to look for a project for upto 120 days and doesn't even provide you the salary for 120 days and then make you resign providing the 3 months salary. Indirectly, they are your 1 month salary and doesn't even pay for 3 months notice period salary. On top of that they provided a bonus of 1 lakh if a person doesn't resign in two yrs from that bonus, and now when they made you resign, they took that 1 lakh rupees back from final settlement.
