Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. No projects. Zero job security. Managers are not upto their level. Human resource team do not know how to utilize resources, they hire in bulk. At the end, they do massive layoffs.

Not good communication except the project if you're out of project no one guide you to the next step eg: I was on ML leave then on bench and then LOP suddenly HR called me to apply volunteer resignation after I reliving they asking me to pay the amount bcz of taking extra leaves so that they give reliving letter 😔 it's approximately my 1 month salary.

Overall it's a good company with fixable working hours.

Drawback is company gives excellent Overtime but the increment is so bad because it gives excellent Overtime but what about those who don't get overtime based on their workflow if they don't have enough work or workflow inventory so that they can get overtime.
