1.Poor time management and lacks time discipline completely. 2.No separate washroom for women. Only 1 washroom for 30 employees. 3.Washroom inside work area where anyone can hear the flushing and other sounds while engaged. 4.Congested work space where 4 or 5 people would be made to sit in a 3 seater work desk. 5. People don't use earphones for calls and simply attend calls in speaker mode and distract everyone. 6.No basic refreshments like basic chai/coffee. 7.People and managers plays music distracting and annoying people who work around. 8.Lacks the basic office etiquettes. 9.Too much of micromanagement, favoritism for certain people. 10.Too much of mind games by the management team. 11.
