Good employer-employee relation , all the department heads are very cooperative, we get to travel a lot which I love much, company providing a good salary package based on role , As this is a start up company work environment is good , top level management give new new ideas which make our task easy. Work life balance is good

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometime I have to meet clients in the evening and sometimes late into the nights.

Work Details

My work is very challenging as I have to look after the service marketing i.e. general insurance and mutual fund , life insurance as well as appointing new employees and taking care of team. Sometime I provide training to new employees.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
