I started my career here. The company is a startup and I've learnt a lot of new technologies and management skills. The work environment is good. Growth is good.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. The city is growing and may not provide all the facilities of a metro city. But the environment is quiet and peaceful.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
