Good leadership,creative projects and whatever an Artist needs you will have it here. If you are a good artist and want to break rules n do creative stuff then Vayu Digital is the best place to do so.

Dislikes

As the question here is to say something I dislike so it will be the location of the studio which is quite far from railway station.

Work Details

My work as a 3D generalist is basically to do everything from asset development to lighting rendering, look dev etc and also Vfx and motion graphics.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
