The only thing I liked about Walmart Labs is their array of benefits and the opportunity to work with data at scale.

Dislikes

Work life balance is pathetic. You are expected to be available even on weekends for oncall support, even if you have some personal emergency. Managers are safeguarded always and never taken action on. The AES survey is a joke. There’s a huge amount of internal politics which doesnmt guve you any leeway to grow professionally.
