They always push to upgrade your skills and learn new things.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Toxic work culture! Colleagues are rude and arrogant sometimes. Their editing work is mainly quantity target base. They don't even satisfied even if you are editing 400 images per day. Also their overtime pay sucks.
