Company only wants his profit he not looking into customer benifits. Vi wants to sale postpaid product. That why we CRE forcefully given the postpaid login to every customer. And also network getting very worse. And we don't have our personal time . Manager working us 12hrs of duty that's why I'm not satisfied with the time. And also we are working women's we have to handle both side they can't understand the issue. Pls improve ur network as well as give less pressure to the third party staff .and also we are not getting the holidays....Read More

Everything is bad, don't ever try to get into Vodafone Idea limited, i work there almost 1.5 years. Work pressure is not that stressful but after time you feel it that it is increasing. No promotion, for promotion minimum 5 years you have to work rigorously with no fix assurance.

In vodafone the customer service is extremely good. We develop skill while attending a different customers. Some customers are in anger some are softly in nature. So we can develop our skill for attending a different customers.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
