Actually there is nothing that one can like in this organisation.

Work environment is sad. There is so much that the company has to work upon. Especially the whole management has to change. They keep making promises but dont live upto to it. There is no learning, no value for employees, they don't care for employees, no job security and keep asking employees to leave the organisation irrespective of their performance and tenure by providing lame reasons. They only follow hire and fire method. Salary is pathetic for freshers which is way below the regular standards. Would not recommend anyone to join this organisation.
