I have ~4 years of experience working as a Functional Tester. I don't have much interest in working in automation as I am lacking behind the programming skills required for automation testing. I am confused about the future and growth aspects of staying as a Functional Tester. Should I consider PSM certification or any other role that doesn't necessarily require me to sit and code.

I started Working with visionet when it was just a start up company and had spent just 10 years in the market serving for the US mortgage industries. Since it was a beginning we as a team got to learn a lot about the process, operation and delivery of the final product to all our tie up companies. Apart from the work culture our managers also taught us about how to create a work-life balance. Which is really important in our day-to-day life as well. As a team if you want to be productive you have to master the skill of prioritise things at your own pace but at the end your company want what it want. As a member of operations team we have to have up to date details of all our products we are working on to show on our client report.
