Management is not proper. Managers often take sides for the tenured staffs even if they are in the wrong . Low Manpower due to which the existing staffs have to adjust a lot . No work life balance at all .

Working at Marks & Spencer, Gurgaon as a CSA was a generally positive experience. The company has a great work culture, excellent training, and overall supportive policies for employees. The brand itself is highly reputed, and most of the management team is professional and approachable. However, there are exceptions, like Tezveer Yadav, who was one of the worst managers to work under during his time as a floor manager. He often took undue advantage of his seniority and displayed a lack of empathy towards his team members. Even in emergencies, he would refuse to approve leaves, creating unnecessary stress for the team.
